Formed in late 1982, Chrome Molly made a bid for stardom in the mid to late 1980's (being hailed as "the next Def Leppard" in the music press), releasing four albums, opening for Alice Cooper and Ozzy Osbourne amongst many others, playing the legendary Marquee Club over 20 times and headlining CBGB's in New York. Together with Iron Maiden, Saxon and Blitzkrieg, the band was part of the "New Wave of British Heavy Metal".
Despite drifting apart in the early 90's, the band never officially split and began to play together regularly since the mid 90's in various projects, although no attempt to tour or record was made. The re-release of their critically acclaimed debut album "You Can't Have It All..." and its follow-up "Stick It Out" (both re-released last year) brought the band back to the public eye and motivated the band to record and release new music.
With the contribution of Little Angels, Fastway, Dio's Disciples´ singer/producer Toby Jepson, Chrome Molly have produced a new album that marks their finest hour. Bringing a fresh and heavy sound to their hook and riff-laden songs, Jepson has brought the Mollies back with a vengeance. "Gunpowder Diplomacy" features 11 news tracks featuring original members Steve Hawkins (vocals), John Antcliffe (Guitars), Nic Wastell (Bass) and new boy (since 1990) Greg Ellis (drums).
Chrome Molly mark 30 years of honest, exciting and true to the roots heavy metal and guess what, they have not mellowed with age.

Europe "Live At Sweden Rock - 30th Anniversary Show" Trailer
earMUSIC is happy to announce the release of Europe's "Live At Sweden Rock -- 30th Anniversary Show" (2CD, DVD and Blu-ray) on October 18th, 2013.
On June 7th, Europe took the stage in their home country Sweden for a very special occasion: celebrating 30 years of rock music. The Swedish rock band celebrated this event together with 30,000 people at the famous Sweden Rock Festival, playing a total selection of 28 songs, picking their personal favourite moments spanning from their earlier years up to their most recent songs taken from albums like "Last Look At Eden" and "Bag Of Bones"; for the lovers of statistics and rarities some of the songs had never been played live before.
The bombastic greatest hits show also has its soulful moment when the band sits down for an emotional acoustic set which gives the massive arena show a club feeling before the band goes back to the hard rock they are known for.
To pay tribute to some of their biggest heroes, Europe invited two very special guests to perform with them: Scott Gorham (Thin Lizzy) for an electrifying version of 'Jailbreak' and Michael Schenker (MSG, ex UFO and Scorpions) for one of hard rock's evergreens, UFO's classic 'Lights Out'.
The set list is full of treasures and surprises but Europe were determined to celebrated and enjoy their long record of hit singles: like 'Carrie', 'Rock The Night', 'Superstitious', ´Open Your Heart´, 'Last Look At Eden', ´Prisoners in Paradise´, 'New Love In Town' and, of course, the ever-present and always electrifying 'The Final Countdown'.
Over two hours and forty minutes of concert footage, in a state of the art High Definition movie featuring behind the scenes material and an exclusive interview with the band makes "Live At Sweden Rock -- 30th Anniversary Show" the definitive Europe live experience!
Line Up
Joey Tempest -- Vocals / John Norum -- Guitar / Mic Michaeli - Keyboard
John Leven -- Bass / Ian Haugland -- Drums
Saga "On The Loose" Live from "Spin It Again - Live in Munich" OUT September 27th 2013
"Spin it Again -- Live In Munich" will be released as 2CD, DVD and Blu-Ray on September 27th, 2013 via earMUSIC.
Saga's historical singer Michael Sadler surprised everybody rejoining the band just a few days before the recording of their recent studio album "20/20" took place. All of a sudden the magic was back.
With this album, Saga charted in the German top 10, sold out nearly 20 concerts in Germany and brought its music into cities and countries where they had never been before.
2012 and 2013 have been very intense years for Saga.
The joy of the original band being back together again, the warmth of the audience and the critical acclaim were accompanied by hard moments on the road and private tragedies...
"Spin it Again", recorded and filmed in Munich, historically a second home for the Canadian prog rockers, features recent songs as well as all the Saga classics.
Two hours of prog and melodic hard rock at its best.
Michael Sadler declares: "After nearly 5 years apart, this show celebrates SAGA as we are, together again. Filmed at the end of our European 20/20 tour, it captures a truly special night among friends. This film not only serves as a reminder to those of us that were there, it also allows others a glimpse of what we do, LIVE."
Ian Crichton adds: "We've played Munich for many years, it keeps getting better... Munich, ich liebe dich!!"
